Suggestion headline: House owner can put their houses for rent daily. People which purchase the rent, can spawn in that house and use the same permissions as the owner, except selling the house. The owner can cancel the rent anytime he wants, so can the purchaser. The rent cost will be calculated in the system in every hour. So, if the purchaser would get out of the house 1 hour before the day ends, he'd pay for the hours.

This looks cool, I don't see anything wrong with allowing house owners with the ability to rent their house(s) and make a profit while doing so, however, this may result in certain people opting not to buy a house and just rent instead. Said train of thought would do the opposite of what you say, and it would damage the economy since houses aren't being bought but just rented instead (this is an issue in real life too lol just much more complicated)

Let me expand on that. Why should I waste money to buy my own crappy house in lets say Temple when I can just rent out an amazing house right by LSA or wherever I'd want to have my other house? Literally no reason, it is much more cost efficient and much more flexible, since if I wanted to buy a house I'd have to make sure that said house is up for sale or the location isn't taken, etc.

-1 for all of this. It must've looked good in your head, but in reality it will decrease the amount of people with their own bought/donated houses, which will hurt not only the in-game economy but donations, to an extent.


As far for the other 2 suggestions, the /lock inside house has been suggested plenty of times, and denied.

However, I do agree with the "kick out of house" feature, for house owners obviously.

I believe that being a house owner, does not only give you a property, but it gives you the opportunity to win a lot of money by renting it, depends on your location.

Renting house is already suggested and already accepted.
About kicking players out of the house, it may cause a lot of abuse in case we can kick LEOs while we are orange or red but if we are not able to do this kind of abuse, so it's good. (+1)
About locking house from inside, has been suggested before and i guess it will not be accepted, because it is already denied in the past when i suggested this, but in my eyes, i don't get a point of it's denial.

I like the house kick and house lock but not too sure about renting, although it sounds like a good idea it might cause issues. Although not too sure.
