Your suggestion: Disallow members to vote before the applicant get tested.
Reason: It's not professional to let S.W.A.T. Members vote randomly vote before even the testers reply with "Thank you for choosing swat..." may you guys find it normal and okay, but i guess we need to make it organized, so i hope to see your opinions.

we know their skills & experience and also it depends on their attitude, so we decide to vote in their applications as far as we know them as well!
