Where does the bug appear: Server.
When did the bug appear: For a while now.
Describe the bug:

The bug is especially noticeable for the S.W.A.T. unit, because it renders us unable to drag a suspect.
The bug is appearing in the LS/LV bank, the one with the interior of the bank at Pershing Square, near the Police Depratment, also it happens in the LV bank, with the same interior.

The suspect can be tazed and cuffed, but when he is supposed to be dragged, he cannot be teleported out of the bank, into the car, so this is the bug which is present.

As I recall this interior used to work just fine before, when it came to dragging, so I do not know what had happened now.

That would be all.

Nikola.
