I prefer admin assistance. Something like hidden forum for Supporters looks like a good idea if you ask me. Admins will be clearing some questions for the Supporters if needed and teach the Supporters how to be more professional. I dislike the current Supporter system because Supporters answer the questions literally to showoff that they're "helping". Example: a question has been asked and I reply first. The other Supporters have seen that I replied first and they keep replying - that's pointless.
Or adding a Supporter chat which can be accessed by Staff members (obviously) and when we're unclear about some rule we can ask them.

For an example there are times when there is two or three Supporters in-game and we don't know the answer of the question.
You would still be able to ask fellow supporters or others before using the /answer command, and you would most likely still have a private supporter chat to clear your doubts or whatnot if you wish.
It needs to be public though.
