There's no need for asking other supporters because every supporter can see all questions. While replying, we're not sure if the other supporters know the answer so it's best to leave it as it is if you don't know the answer.

Then the proplem will never be fixed , unless admins did the steps that i said about it before , or get another solve for it .

If even the supporters don't know the answer, then they're not going to get it from anywhere else. There's no solution to that problem.

It was added with a plan but somehow that plan didn't go well. Supporter thing is not gonna work on Lsrcr.

We're not superior over others. Our duty is to help players and answer their questions and we're trying our best. If your question got ignored that means we didn't know the answer to your question.

We're not superior over others. Our duty is to help players and answer their questions and we're trying our best. If your question got ignored that means we didn't know the answer to your question.

But how is a newer player supposed to know that? The only thing they know is there being ignored. Even if it goes against the rule you should explain to the player why the question was left unanswered. It's better to explain so that there's no confusion, communication and information is key to at least solving that portion of the problem.

This was the main reason /ask became dead to me. Knowing that I need help and want to at least be notified if someone can or can't answer that but also knowing I won't get an answer if you don't know. That's to me just says bad communication. So whenever I had a question I'd just ask admins because I knew I'd eventually get an answer instead of getting ignored, which completely defeats the purpose of the supporters. A bunch of people feel this way and staff still gets asked questions.

They should be able to I think.

Supporters are fine, it's just weird when you ask one question and get two answers that are completely different. Supporters should probably know the rules and other things player might ask about before applying.

That's the basic rule for being a supporter that "only answer when you are 100% sure"

Being a community supporter is voluntary work,a group of experienced players willing to help administrators get work done faster and more efficiently.Makes the job easier when you can split things,one group answers simple questions (like, how do i rob? arrest? piss? etc..) the other group deals with cheaters and such problems.
That's "why we need it".
Also keep in mind that not all of the 54 supporters will be online at the same time answering the same questions,and even if you get 5 answers for one question ,why would it bother you unless it's 5 different answers?
