If even the supporters don't know the answer, then they're not going to get it from anywhere else. There's no solution to that problem.

We're not superior over others. Our duty is to help players and answer their questions and we're trying our best. If your question got ignored that means we didn't know the answer to your question.

You are evading my point either consciously or sub-consciously. When you say something like

You are implying that if none of you know the answer, then no one else does.

I couldn't care less if you "ignored" the questions, since most likely the new guy will ask on the mainchat and will get his answer there.

Don't really feel like repeating myself on how you should be involved as you help since it most likely never change.
