Your suggestion: To make the SWAT mipmarkers visible to SWAT members when /smh is used.
Reason: Well, this basically needs no reason since SWAT should be able to see where it's members are located on the mipmap and /loc ing everyone isn't really that helpful. I don't know if this is possible but if it is, please implement it.

S.W.A.T markers should be viewed by the swat members, but they are bugged.

Agreed.
It's already implemented but it's bugged, and fixing it shouldn't be much of a problem.
