Other: You can see exactly he shot me in the back with Sawn Off and dragged me because he didn't wanted the cop still his drag score. Bravo, bravo look who you accepting for this faction.

That cop was mastro and he helped us to cuff you nothing more, also i didn't duel you i had just shot you once to decrease your health a bit. I don't see any disruption on your video , For further explanation you can contact Mastro&basem, Please vic stop being silly with your reporthunt.

but initial taze was executed by a S.W.A.T. officer, so I don't see the connection with dueling, or apparent engaging in someone elses suspect.

You were thrown off of your bike by a S.W.A.T. officer, and you were tazed by him as well. The S.W.A.T officer didn't manage to cuff you because he was rammed by the cop, and therefore you had your chance of running away, when later on you were cuffed and dragged.

I do not see how this is connected to Shiny breaking any rule, especially if the cop was trying to help, by cuffing you and leaving you to the S.W.A.T. for drag.

Had he wanted to arrest you, he would've done so, he had time, but he didn't, and that is when shiny dragged you.

From shiny movements in the beginning it seems like he wanted to cuff/drag you but he couldn't and you escaped, He shot u in the back while you were escaping once and dragged you when mastro cuffed , I don't see anyone showing any intentions for starting a duel in the vid, No action will be taken.
Next time try to talk to the member who broke a rule and understand the situation from his view before reporting or just tell him his mistake if he did any and help him to get better as swat member (pvt-pfc) and that's your responsibility anyway as a higher rank, We all in same team!
