Pure uhm....
1) Try re-installing SAMP and delete gta_sa.set file.
2)Reinstall the GTA SA and SAMP in a new path (for example "C:\Users").

EDIT : maybe it isn't pure , in first time i downloaded GTA from a friend it had over 50 mod and i thought it was pure.
