I don't think it shows that since it only deals with Integrated Graphics. But I said he should do the equivalent of it, which is what you've just did.

Sadly he has an AMD card, so NVIDIA config settings won't help.

As far as what I can do for you Jed, I can't really do much other than to tell you to

I changed it to 1280x768 and it's fullscreen now.Lock please

Simply delete ur gta_sa-set file it restore all ur settings of gta sa into deafult and ur res to into 800x600x32
