I think it is possible, but it would be to overkill if u can enter the car whole the time and get free medic bags. But great idea!
Well you could make it so its not infinite, and not automatic either.

Should have some standard rules like don't use it in the middle of a fight (since it heals really quickly).

Neutral on it /injections are good as well

How's your maths classes? 50 HPs used by 4 LEOs = 200 HPs, not 400 HPs. You may want to fix that.

200 hp is better to regulate this though, but I still think there is a need for a timer to be set up.

It was first ment to say 100 hp. But I thought it was overkill so changed the Hp but I forgot to change the other one
