Where does the bug appear: (server/forum) Website
When did the bug appear: Everyday
Describe the bug: I have blackouts rights but i cant see on ls-rcr.com/user/ackman

That's not a a bug, Many other groups are having the same problem and they haven't reported it yet, It'd be better to talk with seniors personally, I think that's a donated feature.
