Your suggestion: SWAT camp at SF
Reason: Hey just got an idea, since SWAT dont have base in SF so my suggestion is

Sometimes when swat coming from lv to sf or ls to sf they lost their car because of stunting places in San Fiero or probably by ram, swat even don't have base in san fiero to refil themselve, so the point of my suggestion is,

Add small SWAT camp in San Fiero city.

What features do they will have in camp?

1x Sultan car (since it's camp so 1 car is enough)
Able to refil armor and health
Able to pickup SWAT bomb
Able to refil sniper and m4 ammo (since it's camp we cannot put all weapons b/c it will be unrealistic)
Able to pickup 10 injections only

What are the unprovided features?

Not able to take weapons except Sniper, M4 and bomb.
Not able to spawn at camp.
Not able to cure the infection at camp, you need to go hospital for it or /request medic.

This is my opinion and point of view, i would like to hear the opinion of your.

SF police department has all of that covered pretty much, with bomb marker, and weapon marker. And car shop is nearby in case we ever need a vehicle. SF is a place where we rarely ever go, so wasting time on adding any kind of base is useless. Even LV base isn't used as much.

As far as I recall, there was a base at SF which I don't know why it was removed, anyways, It's a bit over powered and most likely not needed, Nikola said enough, also we have the LV base, which is quite enough and fair.
