i am just facing a issue of downloading . i just opened media fire and started uploading sa andreas setup on my lap.My net has good speed of 9-10mbps, but when i download setup the speed is so low few kbps and expected time is 9-10hrs of just downloading a 664 mb setup.I cancelled twice and thrice but it didnt solved? Any solutions?

I checked from speed test site it was like 8-9mbps.But i solved issue at that time but it occur again.
