If this is the case why not add it to the LV Army base in the desert? Surely that'd make more sense if that's the direction we're going for?

M4 = Less power, more accuracy

As Cyborg ses the AK-47 is more powerful than the M4 but got less accuracy. But still there is players that prefers using the AK-47. So adding it shouldn't be a big deal for them who dont prefers to use it beacuse they can just take the M4 instead. +1
