Suggestion regarding to House hunt event

Why should it be accepted:
1. As we all know that recently onzie hosted a house hunt event which in the beginning went good but later on people started bitching and cheating because of which he had to close it and ofc I got very much angry because the day I got chance to do a house hunt the event was closed so its better to just remove the house and put it on sale for in game money starting from 20M to 100M and if it worth more than 100m(non donated status) start selling it in dps(donated status) can be added in the auction place, selling house for the in game money will also help the newbies/(non donaters). By removal of house I mean that removal of house owner after the removal of house owned the house will be owned by some like *For_Sale* and when someone will press F in it he will get a dialogue saying *By the house for 20M/DPs*

2. Suggestion: Do the house event again and close the comments tell them to pm u the ss when they have found it and even then if players start bitching etc simply ban them from the event because closing the event is unfair for the ones who haven't done anything

I'm Negative on the first suggestion as there is some something similar to that in the server. If the owner is inactive for more than 90 days, a player can take his house for 6 DPS. This is better and this has improved the server's donation rate. But changing it to money ain't a good idea.

On the second suggestion, it's up to Onzie to create the event again. Seems he won't do it again. Also, if you/ other player got some more houses and are ready to giveaway you guys can create an unofficial event.

You can pay 6 DPs for a house, if the owner went inactive for 60, 90 or 180 days, depending on the donation status and interior of the house.

And yeah, people got really bitchy over the house hunt event, so Onzie cancelled it. Really sad that people ruin stuff like this.
