Hello guys,

As being part of this group from a long time , i have realized a major thing which should be fixed in my opinion. When a member votes he/she haves full privileges to state what type of person he is and how is he in-game and to inform other members about it too.Giving a negative means he isnt ready yet and giving a green signal means that he is good in everything, I guess this is very clear.I have seen applications getting accepted with huge amount of negatives with not a single positive. With the respect to leaders and senior staff i suggest to keep our votes respected and meaningful.So that it's better for the group and the members itself.
