Also to add to it we are not "controlled" by anything but ourselves and our intentions so we are the creator of our own destiny, we choose if our destiny is filled with joy or misery the choice is more then just one decision but rather a cluster of decisions that make up our future. You can make your future bright even in the darkest of situations because there's always an opportunity that will lead you out of the bad situation if you're smart enough to see it.
