Ban Reason: Bug, Falling down the sky.

Defence: All its to say is that he been bugged somehow i have no idea how happened but ill show you evidence (partially of the discussion) , if you have a romanian player (trusty) he can confirm what is being said by him in the evidence. Ill translate:

MLGkyo: Dece pic prin mapa? / why am i falling down the map?
MLGkyo: Dece.. /kill / Why.. tried /kill
MLGkyo(reads): You cannot commit suicide, you are wanted by the police // already english
MLGkyo: Eu pic prin mapa, like.. serios / Im falling down the map like .. seriously
MLGkyo: Vad nori / I see clouds
MLGkyo: Serios.. / Seriously
MLGkyo: Cat mai am.. acum am iesit din masina si pic in aer liber.. / How long will it take.. now ive exited the car and falling down again.

I said: Da ce ai facut? / but what did you do.
MLGkyo: Nu stiu , tiam..(tried to say i told you i was falling down the map ( sky)) / i dont know, i told you i was falling down the map/sky
Then i got banned and we were both laughing being banned for no reason lol

My opinion is that he been teleported how can somone get teleport with the car on max height of terrain and then be falling down the map, then he exits car and he again gets teleported, while an admin is looking on him. looks fishy to me.

Wonder why is Skillz ignoring this thread.
Im pretty sure i do have enough evidence that he did not cheat, im not trying to be disrespectful even tho i might be now, since i know usually the unban topic has the lowest attention given since people usually cheat , but now is not the case, i wonder why someone would like to waste others time too , since he was just spectating others , it cant be said hes busy and cant give a short explanation on what happened at least.
Received a report / or was just spectated and all this happened, if was a report by who , maybe hes was the one trying to get people banned or who knows. Is not like ill join the server right after he gets unbanned but is just ridiculous trying to be waited by others like he has anything better to do.

From reviewing the evidence on the day of the ban your vehicle was not taking damage therefore the account was banned.
Although it could have been a bug, I shall unban you on the grounds that it could have been bugged.
From your evidence there it doesn't show your vehicle taking damage either so I can't really prove that it was or wasn't.
I shall unban both accounts.
