No, it was a complete clean partition, I didn't leave a single file.

Yes, I followed the guide and in your screenshot, you didn't select "The supporting operating system that you have:" and I selected Windows 8, 64bit.

P.S. I installed Catalyst Control Center using custom option and tick options during installation.

Yes when referring to that picture I was saying that there is no option for Windows 10 which is why I think your GPU isn't working properly on Windows 10

After pressing the download button, The page was not redirecting to download due to not selecting one of those options.

I guess so it's the main issue, although, others can run games smoothly on Windows 10 Pro who are Robin, Deadlykiller, Omer and many many people.

I'll try running Windows Update just in case.

Don't follow any of the options I showed in the image, it was merely a suggestion showing that there is no Windows 10 option.

As for the guide, I haven't followed it myself as I can't relate to it at all - if It doesn't work, I don't know

Problem is you're using a 9 year old GPU on a 2 year old OS.

It might not actually be the issue, but I imagine it relates to the drivers.

Your options are obviously trying to fix it, could try using the Windows 7 drivers and see if they work.
You could go back to Windows 7
or you could buy a new GPU. (only assuming the drivers are the issue)
