Why should it be accepted: Whenever I cuff someone and I'm about to search, he keeps telling me hahaha /ta... If your irl and a cop cuffs you and you got drugs, is it really possible to throw them away while being cuffed.. of course not.. lets try to balance things like the way they should be really

It's already balanced and LEOs are already kinda overpowered so there is no need to remove using /ta when being cuffed, just be fast in typing the commands and you can search them easily.

For example: Like your going to search id 12, type /search 12 & copy it, while pretype /cuff 12 = solved

You can manage to throw away the drugs even when you are cuffed.
However, Adding Probability of failing to throwaway drugs whist cuffed can balance this.

As mentioned, change the suggestion to being able to fail to /ta, since it is more realistic and suitable for both criminals, and cops.

This would just cause an inbalance in the system, as cops would just camp outside drugs houses etc waiting for people to cuff.

It's already hard enough, we'll leave it like it is for the time being but we will take this into account in future.

It's been like this for ages and this is the last resort for criminals to /ta after getting cuffed.

In real life you also have the chance to eat your drugs before you are cuffed usually as you'd have to be facing them and complying for them to be able to cuff you. I think this is an awful comparison. Unless a cop in real life suspects that you'll throw away drugs you can usually do this easily.
