Server News
For a server to be running properly and for it to attract more and more people, it has to be more and more interesting each day and it should also be active along with it's staff. The server has been quite enthusiastic this week! A lot of activities have taken place. For it to run more efficiently, staff members must create a great relationship with it's members. Something like this happened here in LSRCR, this week. Admins have made many great events this week to maintain a good relationship with us and too make sure that the people are enjoying themselves! This week was full with events! Event such as LMS, dueling events, Hide and Seek and more. Quite exciting ones! Also congratulating [Lsrcr]Babar and [Lsrcr]Darel on their recent tags!

A mysterious man in the VLA clothes was spotted right outside the VLA HQ.

Could this mean the return of VLA? Are they back already? Even though they were left all dead, confirmed by the FBI agents, we see a man unlocking the gate. This must fear Pagati.

Faction News
SWAT
SWAT has been one of the most interesting factions this week. With SWAT members being constantly active in skin, many SWAT Events have taken place. The SWAT Event Officer team has done a great job with its members, with their amazing creativity and skills, all of these officers have made this possible. Events such as LMS Dueling event, Derby and more have taken place this week! Simply outstanding. Not to mention, the newest members of the faction are to be congratulated too!
Welcome to SWAT Lumix, Zl50 and [Lsrcr]Etjaijai! SWAT has been rolling the crimes this week! Truly one of the greatest factions!
Pagati
The roleplayers, a mafia, friends and how can one forget, a family. Pagati has been the most interesting factions this week,
With its return in activity, Pagati has been nailing the other families with their amazing associates and soldiers! With the return of Dom too, Dom wanted a friendly relationship with Pagati. To do that, the Pagati family was invited to the Dom's HQ, where the Soldier Mark Raymond along with Dimitar and a few associates nailed the deal. They had a successful drug deal and the best part is no one knew! Truly the greatest families there is. No one can match with a faction such as this one. There incredible RolePlaying skills can amaze anyone. Also, with this, the search for VLA returns. There is a conspiracy that VLA is back and the Pagati Don along with his soldiers and Con Amal went and searched the VLA hideout, nothing was found, however the pictures were taken with the reporters hidden behind the walls.
Army
The SA Army has been quite interesting this week in particular. With many new recruits and trained pros, army has been nailing the crimes along with the other factions. We see many of the swarmys' taking place this week. They have been rolling and active this week.
Welcome to Army: [Lsrcr]Invincible, Cartoonist, [Lsrcr]Sam and Ackman. Hope you have a good time in army.

Events this week
Another reason why this week has been so special is because of the many events that have been taken place. Its been long before we had too many events together like this, and one can say that this week was "event-ful". With such amazing events brought to you by [Lsrcr]Scenic, [Lsrcr]Wajeeh, [Lsrcr]Invulnerable and of course, our very own assistant hosts, it was interesting.
Event of the week in particular, goes to the Punching: LMS by [Lsrcr]Invulnerable and his assistant hosts! This event was unique and one has not seen this event take place before. This makes it even more interesting. Congratulations!

Administrator of the Week
Congratulations to [Lsrcr]Scenic for being chosen as the administrator of the week! This administrator has been working his ass off for the past 2 weeks in making events and helping people out! Truly deserving!

Moderator of the Week
Congratulations to [Lsrcr]Wajeeh for being the moderator of the week! Wajeeh just became a moderator a week ago and he has been working his ass off as a moderator. He is active, he is making events, he manages stuff. Truly deserving as well!

The Interview
No, we are not talking about the movie. It truly feels good when you see your hard work paying off, doesn't it? So we decided to interview the one and only, [Lsrcr]Wajeeh for he needs to know that he is recognized for what he has been doing for this community for the past many years, be it testing in swat or be it being a moderator! Here it goes:
Q1. How does it feel like being a moderator?

Ans1: I had a break from University and I was sleeping until late afternoon, when I woke up from a notification on mobile asking me if I wanted to be a trial moderator. You can imagine how that would’ve felt. That very moment, it’s a feeling I can’t express in words. I accepted the offer of course.
Normally, people get nervous when they’re chosen for the position, but it isn’t like that for me. I’ve been in the server for a long time and I’ve experienced many things - being a member of official/unofficial groups, making mistakes and breaking rules like rape spamming, taze spamming, score boosting, getting warned/banned, and so on…
So yes, it’s pretty much normal for me now.

Q2. Why dont you test people anymore?

Ans2: Sometimes I don’t feel like testing (there are some applicants that make me feel like that), and I just want to enjoy the gameplay instead. The main reason could be the unwillingness of the applicants to co-operate or listen to me. But I do test if other Warrant Officer’s are unavailable or incase applicant has problems with finding other Warrant Officers. Also, I want other Warrant Officer’s to get involved with the applicant’s as sometimes they would face unexpected situations and that would help them to get mature and be capable to handle any situation in the future if needed.
There were times when I used to test 3 or 4 applicants per day, I might still be able to do it and I will if needed. In-short, I still do test people so your question is kinda invalid.

Q3. If you had to choose between moderator and swat, what would it be?

Ans3: *Life, why you do this to me* - I will just curse my fate.
It really is a difficult decision and I can’t make any comments on it unless I know the whole situation.

Q4. Would you be ready to give up your position for being the administrator? (position as HWO)

Ans4: I never wanted to be the HWO in the first place lol. I used to be active as a WO to the extent that I was doing all the testing alone, therefore I had rapid promotions unlike other WO’s. I got bored when I reached the CW3 rank and went inactive. I had a chance to be the HWO but I wasn’t interested and suggested Hashish for that. Then after sometime, we were low on SWAT Staff members and Hashish needed to get promoted to the Captain, thus we needed a new HWO. We had no WO skilled and experienced enough for the HWO position – other than me – thus I had to accept it.
TL;DR If there’s a time when I am unable to justify my position as a HWO and we have someone who could take my position, then I would really request the High Command to replace me.

Q5. How does it feel like being the moderator of the week?

Ans5: I am happy and grateful I guess. Sorry if you expected something fascinating or interesting as I am not good at expressing myself.

Q6. Do you think the current staff is good enough? or do we need a re-staffing?

Ans6: About the activity, I never had a problem with the staff nor I ever complained of them being inactive. Once you have experienced managing a group or a faction, you will understand that it’s very difficult to stay active all the time. You have other important things to do, studies, exams, your family, job. Though it’s really annoying when there’s a hacker ruining your gameplay and you don’t have a staff online, but they have removed some inactive staff members and added a few more. So now we do have few active administrators, a few developers, beta testers (they aren’t included in the Staff, but is a group helping the developers - behind the scenes - chosen by the Staff) and few new mods (the best ones lel)
So I don’t think we need any re-staffing or the #staffReform of any kind. Addition of few more Mods / Admins for the morning time would still be great.

Death of a Star
We all witnessed the death of a true star, the death of a legend, the death of a man who made us love the world, the man who taught us that even feeling numb is a feeling! LS-RCR community is sad to announce the death of Chester Bennington, Linkin Park's Head Vocalist who committed suicide in his town house.

Dr. Christopher Rogers and investigator Nani Cholakians are both named on the report, which also listed no other significant causes regarding Bennington’s death and that the case is closed. No toxicology report has been carried out as of yet and other reports have indicated that a partially drunk bottle of alcohol was in the room that the singer had died in.
Bennington was found dead by an employee at his Palos Verdes Estates home around 9AM PT on Thursday (July 20) morning. An undisclosed bandmate was en route to bring Bennington to a scheduled photo shoot and arrived as police were on the scene. Linkin Park were also scheduled to launch their North American tour on July 27, which has now officially been canceled.
The vocalist had been open about previous struggles with substance abuse and his battle with inner demons. He had discussed them publicly as recent as this year, even telling Rock Sound, “So, it’s really great to be able to be doing what I do, especially for a person like me. If it wasn’t for music I’d be dead. One hundred percent.”

Roger Federer sets new Records!
The Wimbledon singles are over for another year. Garbine Muguruza is the women’s champion, while fresh-faced Roger Federer is the ruler of the men’s game again. Federer has made history again. Eight Wimbledon titles in the bag, now it’s time for him to win his 20th grand slam title. Next stop: New York. And with Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic nursing injuries, there’s maybe only one man who can stop Federer from rounding up his tally at the US Open. You know who I mean. He’s a Spaniard with a very big forehand and an obsession with perfectly ordered water bottles.

Special Edition This Week

Family Wars

Well guess what! The return of Dom, VLA and Leone has been reported by all sources! They are few of the best families there are! With Dom partnering with Pagati, they leave no choice for Leone and VLA but to form alliance together. This family war seems interesting! With these families gone for a long time, it makes sense that they return, only much more powerful, for a wise man said that the comeback is more brutal than the initial attacks! No one can say who will win these wars, but one thing is for sure, this is the game of thrones, you either win or you die, you either make it to the top or you fall right down to where you started (or you don't at all), lets see who can beat everyone and take the chair!
