Actually, you can disable it your self.

When you join the event, you can do /server and click toggle server messages (arrest, taze, rob, etc). and also you can do /radoff. (You have rights to run these commands in event world). And this would stop kill, rob and arrest messages.

Negative with this suggestion, because you can disable them your self in less then 3 seconds.

I think that anyone who becomes wanted in an event world should not appear in the LEO Dispatch, that'll be better.
