He is trying to change, that's a fact but the main problem is his LEO activity which is pretty low. Also he is still not aware of some rules as he recently got a warning for score-boosting.

You are really trying to change as i said but i don't think you are ready yet to become a part of our team, take some more time to prove our members that you are ready and then re-apply.
