Join Swat/Army if you want armoured vehicles.

Anddddd he himself a mountain biker lol, btw it's very easy for LEOs to take down mountain biker down.

Cop >> Team with a cop on mountain bike to kill mountain biker

Army >> Hydra, Rustler, rpg, grandes, team work and whatnot lol

SWAT >> BOMB (1 click 100 people die), Roadblock & main is teamwork.

if you're solo then use mountain biker yourself

1.5 HO will be better, Allow group keaders to donate for it that will be better as oer swat and army have special vehicles so why do not groups should have?

There is already mountain bike which can never be destroyed and it can jump over things. Mountain bike is enough for criminals to be alive for an amount of time.

I would really like,to see this feature for groups only. But it should cost a bit a vehicle costs 10$ and let's say increasing its HP to 2000 would cost another 10$

To everone saying it should cost dps, no it shouldn't. Would make things unbalanced. A better idea would be to make it 5-10m, which is understandable and a reasonable price. You would still be able to donate for it (3dps) if you don't have room for one more car.
