Reason: First of all, I'm happy to apply to this group again because I got declined before because of inactivity. Now I think I'm ready to re-take the test again. Since I got kicked in Terro. I think i can take an application here in BLACKOUTS. Plus I really love cop hunting since Day 1. I can say that I'm skilled with dueling but not that pro so don't expect too much. That's all.
