Cophunters are having fun by cophunting, everyone finds this game funny by different ways, some players like being a cop, the rest 'cophunting' or paying with other server features, you name it. The thing is that if we won't maintain balance between cops and robbers, i mean if we make cops or robbers way too powerful, players will lose interest and we will have the server full of cops or criminals, which will be a total disaster.
Let's say and this suggestion got accepted and the feature has been implemented, it will just bring more hatred and complaints towards the team than we already have.
Hence, i cannot support this since this will cause nothing more than a trouble.

It's not like that you always have to win the criminals... you are asking for bomb just because somehow you failed to get those cop hunters down, everyone knows that /fix have timer also, in addition to this the game should be balanced somehow.
Just like, You 10+ swat members chase each criminal to drag him to alcatraz likewise chase those 5 cop hunters.
It's a game, It must be balanced... you too can get team mates and mechanics.
If it ends everytime like this, there will be no fun in cop hunting because then every swat member will come up with a bomb.

that's all i wanted to say.

This is a necessity suggestion, in case there is no bomber in the team.
I like the idea, higher rank can allow a certain feautre for up to five minutes, with a cool-off of 24 hours, if you'd like.
But when you think about it, yes, it is a good suggestion, at least in my opinion, since there is no other way to harm a 5 mech cophunting team, constantly shooting, constantly fixing, etc. Not even a bomb is guarantee that they will get killed, since we all know majority of cop hunters are from Egypt and Pakistan, with their imossible pings. I chased a cophunter team yesterday for good 30 minutes. They laughed, insulted me, called me a noob, degraded me, just because I couldn't kill them. And I was there with only one more SWAT member, who wasn't able to use the bomb, but that another bomb would mean a lot to us.
So the bomb isn't nearly that OP as they claim. Not at least when you compare it to their limitless HP of the vehicle.
