Suggestion(s): update hydra rules, Allow to engage a Most wanted teaming with orange suspect.
Why would it be useful: Basically the reason it is usefull because people abuse by this way : the most wanted just ask his friend (Orange suspect) to enter as passenger in his vehicle so an army member cannot engage him with hydra.
Additional comments: This is so annoying when a soldier reach to that suspect (most wanted) and orange suspect is seated with him.

We have already other OP vehicules to engage the orange suspect when he is teaming with MW suspect .
if we will use Hydra on Orange + Most wanted suspects as you suggest it will be too abused.
Try to think as you are the suspect who will be gangbanged by the hydra when u just get wanted and a most wanted comes straight to team up with you when you don't even know him....
