using base gates as advantage to prevent Leos from reaching you is base abuse for sure and it's reportable (it should be) but wanteds camping on a roof there's no better way to catch them except using heli and I'm not sure how the ladder can be scripted but i know that the ladder object is breakable so i find it useless, if there's better object u know just suggest it but i doubt it will be added .. :3

Only succeeded once in /blowgate. Always says failed to plant explosives properly. The chances of succeeding are too low. So, I would say +1, but I don't know if this can be scripted or not..

Well I had a better idea to allow roadblock to do this, yet commander CresP says they are not meant for climbing, but road blocking, so I have no other idea what we could use to climb, but a ladder.

Now if anyone else has any suggestion, please, do say it.
