[Rejected] Adding /rb feature.

Suggestion(s): roadblock /rb
Why would it be useful: How ever recently a suggestion for army spikes got rejected however we can have roadblock that helps alot while taking down the group of criminals on a vehicle cop hunting and block them up using road block. It dosen't matter army can't have if Swat have the feature and usually every force use it IRL too.
Additional comments: nothinf much to say everyone know how useful it is and how it works.
