Why should it be accepted: I dont know what other people say but here is the deal.Let us spawn in group skin but at our houses.Such as I do /gspawn {group} but then /houses and then spawn at my house while also in the group.So,I can acces /gm or otehr commands.That's it for now IDK wot others say on this.

There are 2 group modes, it's a Leaders choice which one they want.

The one you mentioned is second group mode like in absynth, Durcrew.

Ask the leaders to request seniors if they want to change.

It used to be like this, but it was removed for a reason. Some groups spawn with full weapons, and we don't want full weapons at a house location going for the criminals. There is a group base for a reason and there is the location where you are supposed to spawn.

This isn't removed, absynth and durcrew uses it still, and it's allowed

Some groups require spawning and some groups do not.

It's up to the group leader which mode they want, but we won't allow it for every single group. It depends on the actual group.
