temp rights abuse - Alexx

Alex chased me, and used the /rb to avoid my vortex, but I still killed him, he got mad so he did not remove the /rb.
It does not seen properly in the SS, but i couldnt move after this, so I had to leave the vehicle and escape.
After dying he must remove it, because it's abuse, no cop was there to use the advantgae of the rb, it was pure abuse in order to "revenge" me for killing him.
Also it's not the first time I see Alexx with abusing behaviour as ASC SWAT (he got temp rights more then once),
and I dont understand why he keeps getting temp rights when he abuse them.

Usually I do not report in forums, in any section (you can even check my messages), even though im very active and I see rulebreakers from players/swarmy a lot, but in this case i had to report because its not the first or the second time, and he is not even a real member, he is ASC that abusing the rules at the moment he is alone without other swats watching him.

*Note, I was wanted, you will not see starts in my screen cause I have some kind of bug, but you see in the chat/killist.

it does, if im abused i wont be jailed for 360 seconds just because there is player abusing swat temps,
and his friend who help him doing so.

anyway it isnt related to the report, report me in the normal section if you want,
as you can see youre not welcomed in swat section, or in swat at all.
