Alexx abusing rights

Alex chased me, and used the /rb to avoid my vortex, but I still killed him, he got mad so he did not remove the /rb.
It does not seen properly in the SS, but i couldnt move after this, so I had to leave the vehicle and escape.
After dying he must remove it, because it's abuse, no cop was there to use the advantgae of the rb, it was pure abuse in order to "revenge" me for killing him.
Also it's not the first time I see Alexx with abusing behaviour as ASC SWAT (he got temp rights more then once),
and I dont understand why he keeps getting temp rights when he abuse them.

Usually I do not report in forums, in any section (you can even check my messages), even though im very active and I see rulebreakers from players/swarmy a lot, but in this case i had to report because its not the first or the second time, and he is not even a real member, he is ASC that abusing the rules at the moment he is alone without other swats watching him.

*Note, I was wanted, you will not see starts in my screen cause I have some kind of bug, but you see in the chat/killist.

Swat commander told me to move this report to this forum.

I crashed.. you jacked vortex at the second I got quiz, its like dragging me to vortex.
also you had white on ur car when u chased me instead of in your car, but you cut it from the video right?

I've talked to hashish, and hashish told me 'thats not even rulebreak anyway' so this thread will be consider as 'report hunt',

And about your SS, you've left right after my reply 'It is/' means you just left the server without answering me, remember this server is about to encourage every player, not discourage with reporting someone with little things,I know my ingame arrest may lead you to hate me but thats not right way to express your hate, right? I'm not about to clarify but just can say i removed the roadblock right after saying 'it is/' I'm not sure admin can check the logs or not, And this roadblock isn't leading you in trapped, just move on! Enjoy the server with life Its just a roadblock not a dick, dont take it hard.

As per Hashish Its not rulebreak, you may go and personally ask and clarify about the swat rules.

just make an apology for initiating a report with lack of knowledge of rules, and ask administrative person to lock this thread?

There is no rule stating that one should /drb right away after death.Moreover the /rb fulfilled its purpose for blocking you and thus the cop who was near could come and take you in custody.Rbs may not block civilians but you were wanted as shown in Diplo's video so no actions will be taken.
