Seriously? You what mate? There is no rule stating that you cant drag a suspect who is frozen? Stop making hatred reports. Just because you got arrested, doesn't mean you rage about it by creating such silly posts. Damn I didn't even want to reply here, but fine, I did.

If you still think its a rule, quote it for me please.
