Before the members may start voting, you must pass the test consisting of the following subjects:

• Knowledge of the LSPD United rules
• Speed of Commands
• Driving
• Shooting

Keep in mind that a minimum of 3/5 is required overall (rules not included) in order to pass the test!
You must get tested in under 7 days from when the 'thank you for applying' template was posted, else you'll get automatically denied.

Popped 3 tires & blew the car at most in both the attempts, killed the tester with 60% HP but my running style was bad but still i think these numbers are not according to my test.

As I said, your shooting skills are slightly below average, hence the 2.2/5. I have slightly increased it to 2.5/5 but not more.

A guy who acts bad sometimes and be good the rest time. You need to improve your attitude with Community as well as group members. You're Experienced but you do have a pretty low Law Enforcement Activity. You surely need to increase it up. After considering these facts I'd go with Neutral now. Good luck
