Describe the bug:The Bugged At Alca I still got 2 stars when i am at alca
Heres The proof

There is another one I always falling in the water in alca even if i am not lagging

Many times,many people have experienced this bug.This is an common one.Zoroark gave me a tip to escape from that water
1)Swim near the mountains
2)Go underwater
3)You can go near the boat and escape.
It's that simple.

There's also other way to stop falling from Alca. To do that when you get out press " esc " and wait like 10 or 15 secs because to do that is to let the map load.

3 seconds only I guess like blackmarket does. /fpslimit 20 to speed up your speed for swimming.

It has to do with your ping. Objects do not load fast enough. Try pressing ''ESC'.
