Okay, let me explain what exactly happened...
1st, I was with Jillia near lsa, was going to follow you. Then due to my bad internet connection, I sort of desynced, and I saw everyone afk, as in this pic.

As for the 2nd pic, I decided started moving around the place, then decided to jump on your car, as in this pic.
**NOTE** Everyone was frozen to me, so I wasn't sure of what is happening in the game.

Then you said I disappeared, which is when I jumped off your car *which is technically this picture*, which is the one when I jumped on the side of the VLA base.

Okay I was with xDeadlyKiller at that time and he went near vla base and suddenly I can't see him anywhere.I pmed him why did you use Vladoor...and I saw him giving me no reply and suddenly he left.He appears to be desynced...
That kind of players afk going happens when a ddos attack happens.CXdur clearly said before that update that players who are lagging may face situations like this(desyning).xDeadlyKiller didn't use tp hacks or shit.He was desyced..Maybe Chatlog can help here,I guess..and Notap is actually chaos. Notap accidentally replied from chaos's account as he thought it was the one logged in, but later he saw it was notap's account, he instantly deleted the post and posted the same reply from chaos's forum account. In short Chaos is Notap , that is notap is ban evading.
one more thing..down..

See this, a player attacked the server by logging in with multiple bot accounts
and at that situation the whole server will lag (each one will see the others as afk)
