• Shooting

• Rules: 4/5
  Applicant has made two mistakes in the rules part of the test.
• Speed of Commands: 5/5
  His average speed is 2-3 seconds.
• Driving: 3/5
  Driving could be better, in today's test I had to change my route a bit since he knows my regular one, and he had some issues with keeping close to me, etc. I had to wait a few times, and he did make a shortcut in his first attempt, but all in all it wasn't that bad.
• Shooting: 3.5/5
  In M4 part he managed to pop two tires in both attempts, first one with heavy car damage, second one with medium car damage. Regarding duel, I killed him in the first one, and second duel we were both low on HP, but someone was about to arrest me so he did me a great favor, and finished me with another weapon, but, I was left with 1% hp before he did that, so I won't be reducing his grade because of it.
• Overall: 3.8/5
  He needs to practice driving a little more, and dueling as well, but generally everything went well and I have no complaints regarding this applicant.
