If you can mind a little bit of slow speed (on comparing with S8(+)), get Note 8, its perfect and if you want super fast device, then get the S8(+). I'm assuming that you will get the Snapdragon variant because getting the exynos one isn't a great deal but still a good one.

I can't find a galaxy s8 exynos vs snapdragon, but I saw galaxy s6 exynos vs snapdragon, I'll find the link and upload soon, but snapdragon is better than any chipset in android. (This is my opinion)
EDIT:

Snapdragon variant has Adreno 540 GPU whereas Exynos variant has Mali GPU, and Mali GPU tend to heat up and throttle over time. Snapdragon variant might be 2 seconds slower but is definitely superior.
