Defence:
I believe my ban was wrong, because I still have the s0beit hackpack, but I downloaded SA-MP by error with the s0beit hack. I thought everyone, who has SA-MP has this bar in his screen and can use their functions. Please unban me! I will search for all files of the s0beit Hack and I will uninstall them.

If you downloaded samp from a diffrent website i wouldn't be suprised only download samp from http://sa-mp.com/download.php No where else and you will have a safe download. Anything that gives you a advantage to other players is most likely is banable.
