Why should it be accepted: Providing more stores will increase the criminal rate. Specially in LS because stores are located at specific areas which makes it hard to rob at LS.

Adding more stores will make the server lag.I think because of that less stores were added.I don't know in what way it is useful..
I'm going with Neutral.
