You can talk players in pm and not post reports like this and I am well active and I rarely see you in game.

You must put a valid reason when voting on one's application. Invalid reasons to vote: Inactive - but you can vote negative for being active only in civilian skin!

You shouldn't vote if you think that an applicant is inactive (because he might be active on a different playing times, might have gone inactive for a few days etc). Stormborn didn't put much effort to read the voting rules, provided an invalid vote and has clearly violated this simple rule, and thus has received one official warning.
