When I am logging in on the server, when I typed password I can select a city when I can spawn, but I can not select a skin which I want to play. It respawning me automatically in taxi driver skin.

It's not a bug, it is happening because you chose Taxi driver skin as your default. Just type /defaultskin none and it's done.

Oh, I have forgotten I typed /defaultskin when I was playing as a taxi driver. Thank you for the help!
