its already take 15% of your health when you infect someone as rapist or maybe 10% correct me if i am wrong.

Instead of letting each rape do X amount more instant damage, i myself am i bigger favorite of letting the HP drainage after a successful rape be quicker, and do not allow drugs/injections to counter /rape.

Now you can get raped, /takedrugs 25 and visit the hospital an hour later. The effect of rape is IMO indeed by far not enough in comparison to other classes.

Another addition could be, that if someone is raped and infected allready, that another rape by a rapist will cause instead death.

Because Rob or Rape, both are criminal activities, Even the rob score can determine how "big" the criminal is. If you take in real life frame, The bigger/Experienced the robber, the more skilled he is in all criminal activities. Thus can be considered as a requirement.
