Reason: Dragging me to other place in the map

Other: I was cophunting with vortex as I do usually, and MZA1D was killed by me a few times so he chased me over and over (probably got angry or something).
At the moment he got me cuffed, he dragged me without even looking, to far location in the map (from LSA entrance to Idlewood pizza)
After that I said in chat "wow very far", i saw him coming so I guessed this all was just mistake, I think he came to uncuff me and let me go or kill me, or at least say "sorry mistake", but after making the rulebreak, he just entered the vehicle and drove to LSPD to finish the arrest! didn't even say a word about "mistake" or "my bad".
Getting angry about me killing him repeteadly is one thing, but he doesnt need to rulebreak because of it.

I don't know if you would trust me but I was afk for a couple of minutes before I dragged you. I was sitting as a passenger in swat vehicle with Hitman. As I got in-game after couple of minutes (around 2-3 minutes) I saw you right in front of me. When I got in game, i simply get out of the vehicle and you were right there in front of me so I cuffed you and dragged you but was unaware that I wasn't driving the vehicle before. It was clearly a mistake and nothing more than that. I apologise for this mistake but I honestly wasn't aware that you would go far away from the map. I wasn't even looking at mainchat so I didn't notice anything at all.today masry did same thing,but i didn't report him,it's was by mistake.

cause back there in the game instead of uncuffing or at least replying in the chat "sorry", you just came to finish your arrest, even though i was telling "stop it"

Even though this was an accident and Mzaid apologized, it is a responsibility to make sure which vehicle you going to drag into by Re-entering it to avoid such mistakes to happen, And he also should have handled the situation in a better way after doing the RuleBreak and apologize early, Not continue with the drag too but he didn't ..

I have talked to him too and he He admitted to doing so and it was a mistake and that he won't repeat it again,
