I don't think it's necessary since many other robbing activities like robbing ATM,adding more stores to the server are going to be implemented,so yeah -1 with this.

This suggestion still has alot of benefits. Would help server get donations, Fun when at one place, almost whole server would riot, fight, rob, rape and what not. Do think.
