Why should it be accepted: Heyya.
The suggestion is adding tutorial for black market.
Nowadays,people easily gain score and unlock black market.
They just go inside black market and wonder what it is.
Vendetta recently suggested to add blackmarket command list.If a tutorial is also added it would help the players to know what to do rather than PMing or chatting about it in main chat.
Nothing much.I don't see any conflicts.
I've also created a poll(For those who are lazy to type so they can just vote and go).

This is not necessary at all since we'll be getting that list. Also whenever you buy anything from the special items it explains its goal in the mainchat. Poeple are not that stupid.

Some or most of the players here does not seem to understand English well.(Pakis,Egypt)
Tutorials would help them.
I know it's their fault but we have to provide them the best experience.

We don't believe a Black Market tutorial is needed. Only players with high score have access to it, and those are fairly familiar with the server gameplay.

A Black Market command list will be added soon though.
