In the swat rules it is written that if a suspect comes in your way while you have already dragged another suspect then you can go for the other suspect too only if it doesn't take too much time. The bank got robbed when I was on my way to LSPD. I thought of dragging one of the bank robbers a long with him but unfortunately the bank robbers were smart and ran back inside the bank and there I took some of my time. I'm sorry about it but it wasn't just my mistake. I used the LSA route which is bit lengthy and the chase went a bit hard for me.
