It's that simple.
Not that simple, if it was I’m pretty sure it would have been fixed but as long as the bug (or bugs) aren’t fixed this suggestion would be would only cause more issues with the notifications tab. I don’t even tap on it due to some of the issues which means I had to find time to look through and respond to this. In all honesty it’s really not imperative for it to be fixed.

You have a "reply with quote" on the top right corner, so no need. People basically get a notification when they get a quote. -1
