Why should it be accepted: UC washington and Maverick at LVPD and SFPD there's nothing much to explain but it's needed i don't see a reason to deny this suggestion. There's some pictures in spoiler where you can make helispawn.

There aren’t really that many criminals in those locations besides it’s not something that’s needed, if anything add a uc Washington in the lvpd and SFPD. I mean the heli in all honesty slows you down unless if you just happen to catch them in a building. just grab the one from lspd or you can buy your own like I did when I wanted a helicopter. If you consider how much cops get paid it’s within most players price range.

There are not a lot of criminals in LV or in SF. Helicopters aren't needed in these towns. As Indognito said, grab a helicopter from LS or buy your one.

I am suggesting this because i alot of criminals cophunt in lv on roof so you can take heli from pd firectly and go there it will take a alot of time to first go to Lv airport then take heli from there then go there.

Then buy a maverick at the airport. As a Leo you get paid for legit doing nothing as well as a bonus for apprehending them so it’s not like it’s that big of a deal when it comes to lost wages or accessibility. You really do not need a helicopter in these areas also if time is an issue then plan ahead before traveling to those locations.
